    Youth athletes require specific training geared towards their age in order to develop their progress as they grow from the athlete they are now to the future athlete they will become. Much of the progress we can achieve with a youth athlete is done through creating proper movements geared towards their individual sports competition and making them habitual. As their bodies change with age, we work to ensure a solid base of movement, power, speed, cardio, and core that continues properly towards their collegiate or professional career. At Animal Farm Fitness we have taken countless young athletes all the way through to college acceptance. We pride ourselves in our athlete’s success.

  • Collegiate Training

    Preparing future college athletes and current college athletes for sport-specific performance requires a deep understanding of exercise and training techniques. As a personal trainer, I’ve had the privilege of guiding young athletes from as young as 8 years old all the way to collegiate acceptance. Watching them achieve their dreams is one of my greatest joys. Through my personal training approach, I ensure each athlete receives tailored, expert guidance to excel in their sport. Whether you're a parent looking for a knowledgeable personal trainer for your child or an athlete seeking to enhance your performance, I'm here to help you reach your goals confidently and effectively.

    Training professional athletes during the offseason, in-season, pre-event, and post-event periods requires precise communication and timing. As your personal trainer, my top priority is to keep you injury-free, strong, fast, and agile throughout the entire training and tournament cycle. My personal training approach ensures that you can maintain peak performance while still practicing your sport daily. You can trust that with my guidance, you'll stay in top form and ready to excel in every event.
